GGG Resources plc (AIM: GGG), previously Central China Goldfields plc, reports its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2010. 

The Company has made strong progress in 2010. The Company has identified, acquired an interest in, and released a resource update for its Bullabulling project. Under a new brand and a strengthened board of directors, the Company aims to bring the Bullabulling gold project into production by early 2013.

Business Highlights:

• Admission to AIM 30th March 2005
• 950,500 ounces of gold in the Inferred Resource category in 3 properties in Sichuan Region
• Field work on prospective Carlin-like area progressing

We are delighted that, following many weeks of negotiation, we have been able to reach agreement with Auzex Resources about the future of Bullabulling.  

It is our intention to merge with Auzex Resources, and together we will form a new company called Bullabulling Gold Limited.
